Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) 2013 Exam Notification

What is SNAP TEST?

Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) is a compulsory written test for the admission to all the Post Graduate Programmes of Symbiosis International University.

SNAP 2013 Important Dates:
Registration Closes on: 22 Nov, 2013
Payment Closes on: 26 Nov, 2013
Admit Card: 02nd Dec, 2013 to 15 Dec, 2013
SNAP Test 2013: 15 Dec, 2013
Announcement of Result: 9 Jan, 2014

SNAP 2013 Marking Scheme:

General English (Reading Comprehension, Verbal Reasoning, Verbal Ability): 40 marks
Quantitative,Data Interpretation and Data Sufficiency: 40 marks
General Awareness (General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Business Scenario): 40 marks
Analytical and Logical Reasoning: 60 marks
Total: 180 marks
SNAP 2013 Duration: 120 minutes

SNAP 2013 Test Pattern:

SNAP/SIMC-(MMC)/SIG Test is an objective test. Each question has 4 responses.
Candidate should choose an appropriate response. Candidate must use blue or black ball point pen only.
Each wrong answer attracts 25% negative marks

SNAP 2013 Eligibility:

General category candidates should obtain minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
The candidates belonging to reserved categories, such as Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Other Backward Classes (OBC), should obtain at least 45% marks in the graduation aggregate.

The candidates should be minimum 21 years of age.

Candidates in final year of their graduation  should make sure that they submit the marks of the final year of graduation within the stipulated deadline given by Symbiosis International University or the participating B-schools.

SNAP Test Cities:

SNAP test is conducted in 30 cities. A candidate may choose one city of the following:
Agra, Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Jamshedpur, Kanpur, Kochi, Kolkata, Kolhapur, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Nashik, Noida, Patna, Pune, Surat, Vashi, Visakhapatanam.

The test centre and its address will be printed on the admit card.
